Offenberger & White, Inc., of Marietta, OH (OffWhite) and Salter and Associates, LLC, of Vienna, WV, today announced an agreement to form a strategic business alliance for expanding client services, developing new markets and creating additional marketing and information technology jobs in the Mid-Ohio Valley.

 

According to Ron Salter, president of Salter and Associates, and Bill White, CEO of OffWhite, the alliance of two long-established firms will permit sharing of management, infrastructure and intellectual property resources in support of current and selected new clients throughout the region as well as North America and around the world.

 

The strategic alliance will include broad collaboration throughout Ohio and West Virginia, as well as emerging growth companies offshore. OffWhite/Salter will work together to improve and create new marketing, branding and information-sharing platforms to meet the evolving needs of clients with global markets and those moving into the Web 2.0 era. The alliance brings together OffWhite expertise in information architecture, technical marketing, and Web and database development, with Salter's award-winning creative, public relations and media services across business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets.

 

According to White, the alliance with Salter and Associates offers a valuable resource to clients of both firms, as well as opportunities for synergistic growth.
